Amazon Connect Health brings agentic AI to patient verification, appointment management, patient insights, ambient documentation, and medical coding. Customers can choose Redox as the integration layer underneath: connecting Amazon Connect Health directly to their EHR in real time, across Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), MEDITECH, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, and long tail EHRs.

AWS HealthLake

Automating clinical data exchange into AWS HealthLake

AWS HealthLake is AWS’s fully managed, HIPAA-eligible FHIR service. Redox automates the hardest part of the data journey: converting legacy and modern EHR data — HL7v2, CCD/CDA, X12, and more — into normalized FHIR and streaming it into AWS HealthLake in real time, so AWS-native AI, ML, and analytics have a live, standards-based data layer to build on from day one.

Amazon Bedrock

Automatically triage and route documents at scale

  • Ingest inbound faxes: Connect your existing fax server or fax vendor and stream incoming PDFs to Redox automatically.
  • Classify and triage documents: Redox triages each document using AWS Bedrock to identify the document type such as referrals, prior authorizations, refills, or bulk clinical documents.
  • Extract key data with OCR: Automatically capture important fields from documents, like lab values, and send them directly into workflows without manual data entry.
  • Route to the right destination: Based on document type and routing rules, Redox automatically delivers each fax to the appropriate destination like referral queues, prior auth workflows, or pharmacy refill requests.
